Mateo Franco has a degree in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela since 2018 and obtained the title of Interuniversity Master in Economics (specializing in Economic Analysis) taught by the 3 Galician universities in 2019.

In addition, he has a degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He is accredited the Cambridge First Certificate, level B2, of English by the Cambridge English School. He also took a German course, level A1, at the Center for Modern Languages (USC).
