She has a degree in legal studies from the IPCA (Barcelos, Portugal), joins the practical experience as a professional of the attorney's office in her teaching experience. She is currently preparing his doctoral thesis under the direction of Prof. Belén Trigo at the University of Santiago de Compostela under the title 'Succession and procedural status of the surviving spouse in Spanish and Portuguese law (Comparative Study)'.
